CALIBRATION PROCESS OF MODEL 31 '' LOW RANGE PRECISION MINIATURE LOAD CELL THROUGH NI 9237

We have bought a LOAD CELL from Honeywell
( MODEL 31 LOW, low range precision miniature load cell ). We want to calibrate it through NI 9237,and LABVIEW code .Can you please tell me the calibration process of this system. We have connected it through the full bridge configuration as per the manual instruction. But when we want to calibrate it,its shows that calibration failure. Can you tell me the calibration process or how we can connected it through NI 9237 and regarding the labview code.We are using NI cDAQ 9174.

What are you trying to do here? Can you give some more detail (about the process, and about the failure)?

Usually when you talk about calibrating a load cell, you mean taking the voltage you measure and converting it to a load value (e.g. in Newtons, or similar).

To do this, you typically need some "known" loads that you can apply, and the measure the voltage and know that the two correspond to one-another.

If you don't wish to do this kind of calibration, it's usually possible to get close to the same results by reading the datasheet of the sensor and then assuming a linear response (based on e.g. sensitivity, full scale value and excitation level).
