I was going to try to help answer your question in this thread until I saw you already asked the same question and had already received help in the other thread.  Why did you create a new thread?

Your question does not make any sense.  Any number stored in a computer is already in binary format.  You can change the appearance of a numeric control or indicator so that it will show the number in binary instead of decimal; to do that, click on the numeric control (it must be an integer, not floating point), go to Visible Items -> Radix, and then you can click on the radix and change the format to binary.
