Hi Veeru,
why are you confused? Your method is ok, i only meant if all of the 18 vi´s make near the same, you can use a vi template. Then you can connect the vit path to the "Open VI Reference" vi and call it in a loop 18 times. You will automatically get 18 instance of your template.

The vis runs in parallel(i mean all the 18 applications are activated from the main VI).If i am not clear pls let me know
Veeru does any of the 18 subvis need a trigger or needs to wait for trigger or stop on triggering.That might create a problem. just throwing up a caution.

You close the ref. just right after you open it. It is wrong.
You should do it when the vi has finished execution.
