Alguien sabe la ruta en que se instala la librería 

Automotive Diagnostic Command Set Toolkit

Instalé la versión 21.5 pero no encuentro nada en la siguiente ruta C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2016\examples

You know this is an English speaking forum and so you reach a broader audience when posting your questions in English!?

General answer:

Each driver only supports the current LabVIEW version (it was made for) and 3 previous versions. So when you install the driver made for LabVIEW2021 it will support LabVIEW 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

It will not support LabVIEW2016!

You need to install a driver version suitable for your LabVIEW version: look out for driver versions made for LabVIEW2016-2019…
