I'm not sure what you are looking to do with the 1-wire chip, but on the web site for Dallas Semiconductor they talk about a PC application that can communicate with the chip. The link is below:

I am also looking for LabView 1-wire drivers... Unfortunately I could only find commercial ones... Does anyone know how to get some?

I have just uploaded  FPGA code and an example for 1-Wire devices. The code only implements read functions but could be modified to write by adding the proper 12Vdc @ 10mA pulse.
