1 MHz noise from card with grounded signal entry

Hi everybody,

From one day to another, I got this 1MHz triangular noise, with amplitude corresponding to the entered vertical range in the minus voltage range. This signal seems not to be external as it still appears when the signal entry of the card is grounded. Did anyone already have the same problem or do anyone have an idea from what it could come from?
