VISA Configure Serial Port problem

I can't find important blocks to program 

init ,close blocks isn't appear

just arduino when open it 

I find digital read write 

and can't find VISA Configure Serial Port block

labview 2015

Try to reinstalling LIFA using VIPM to have Arduino pallets.
