Using Arduino to measure strain gage on LabView

Hi guys, 

I used a Tacuna amplifier connected to a strain gage then connected the Voltage out port of the amplifier to analog read on Arduino Uno. The VI gave value increasing from 0 to 5 Volt then back to 0 and increased to 5 continuously, but the value was increasing very quickly even though I didn't touch or bend the strain gage. It was increased too fast to see what the value was. I uploaded my VI and the Tacuna amplifier manual, so please help me.

P/S: The strain gage was mounted on a cantilever beam.
