Problem with communicate Labview and Arduino!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I did programming in labview, but when I connected the Arduino to the laptop, it does not work. I check it in Measurement & Automation, sometimes the Arduino board recognised but sometimes not. can any one tell me what is the problem????????????????????????

Did you install firmware ? To work with Arduino in Labview, you need to follow some of steps, introduced at
