Problem not connecting Arduino Uno to Labview 2012

Hello,

I have the Arduino Uno board, Labview 2012 and Windows 7.  When I try run a simple program on my arduino with labview, I get error 5002 and it wont work. I feel like I downloaded everything. Did anyone have to manually change or add the VISA driver in labview? 

I added LIFA base code on arduino and Installed toolkit. I just don't know why it won't read my board.  Any help please?

Have you read the documentation for that error?  Have you tried LINX (the replacement for LIFA and is the only supported version)?  If it is a VISA issue, you might need to reinstall it.
