Have to click reset to work everytime?

So my problem is that i start my VI and it is always waiting on the INIT vi..it will go forward if i hit reset on the arduino...

i was wondering how to avoid this. i dont want to be pressing everytime reset on the arduino so my Vi can work

I think you are probably seeing the same issue as here:https://decibel.ni.com/content/thread/12773?tstart=0

It results from some changes to the serial functionality in arduino 1.0 that we didn't catch. We should have a work around up soon.
