Replace Class constant with related class

I'd like to be able to replace an existing class constant with a related class (parent/sibling/child etc).  I can think of a couple of possible ways to do this:

1. Adding to the right-click menu "Replace with..." with a sub menu of related classes.
2. Drag-and-drop a new class onto an existing constant.
