When opening quick drop, the default behaviour should be to select the VI that was dropped last time quick drop was run. Currently nothing is selected by default, so changing to the last VI would not override any functionality users are alerady used to. The benefit would be when repeating adds/replacements the number of keys typed would be reduced significantly.
