Improved File Dialog

It would be nice to be able to configure the File Dialog view. I would like to be able to set the default to show details and sort the files in descending order.

Kudos. One thing that bothers me a lot: If the file dialog has been set to find folders a lot of users do not understand that they need to press the select current directory button...if a dialog is set to find folders only there should only be 2 buttons in the dialog, OK (i.e. select current directory) or Cancel.
