Allow probes for strings to be resizeable and allow for the user to select the display format

When dropping a probe on a string allow the probe to be resized. In addition, allow the user to select the display format (hex, ASCII,  or codes).

Easily, create an XControl with the correct functionality (right click, button etc), and drop this on a custom probe.

I am sure this is something that could be done in a custom control but since this is such basic functionality it would be much more convenient for it to be supported directly, especially the ability to resize the probe.

I keep a few custom probes on hand for just this reason.  But there is no reason to not stock some ready-made custom probes that ship with LabVIEW.  Kudos!

The default string probe resizes with the probe window, and has a Display Style selector, in LabVIEW 2015 and later.
