Serial communication don't work using Runtime Engine

I have made an executable file of my LV program.  But the serial communication with the Power Supply don't work when i run the .exe file.

I have installed the instrument driver, and the VISA Runtime Engine in addition on the actual PC.

In my VI, I have used the instrument I/O assistant to communicate with the Power Supply.

Is there any suggestions why the communication not is working in the .exe - file?

what version of LabVIEW, VISA etc are you using and if it is a small program, you can attach it.
and what version of the driver are you using.

Thank you for your replies.

I uninstalled all the NI software on the Standalone PC, and included everything I needed in the Apllication Builder. Now, the communication is working.
