While my path is

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2020\instr.lib\Rohde&Schwarz RF Signal Generator

So we clearly loaded different implementations.

Please try the LabVIEW 2015 installation. It works for higher versions as well.

You only should give it enough time to compile all vi's

Do you have SMBV-K131 option? If so, the current driver limits its use to SMW200A. New version coming at the end of Jun will fix that. In the meantime, do the following:

In the Configure Error Checking.vi switch the Option checking OFF. Then you're good to go.
