Hi Paolo,

I read the full discusion about this error, and i did all step recommanded,

I added the memory of kernet parameter in /boot/grub/menu.lst: "memmap=60G$0x100000000" .

But i can't get a good result, every time a  i execute lsdaq for nidaq or Nivisaic for NIvisa i have the same error, so this error not related to the memory of kernel.

let me know if you have any addition.

Thank you a lot for your time.

Hi marjekbir1,

Yes you should be able to communicate to a device with Ethernet using NI-VISA. Here is the resource that states this.

Here is a resource that gives you steps to set it up.

We also have a driver for that device for LabVIEW and Labwindows/CVI.
