KUSB488 control Keysight instrument through NI labview 2021 , "+100 undefined GPIB command" error.

Hi, the system is as below:

GPIB: KUSB-488B,

Operating System: Windows 11

instrument: keysight B15xx

Software Installed: Labview 2021 32bit and 64 bit; KI-488 Diagnostic Tool; Keysight Connection Expert; NI-VISA  21.5, NI-488.2 Runtime 21.5

Both Keysight VISA and NI VISA are enabled in "NI-VISA" --> "conflict manager"

"NIVisaTulip.dll" is enabled in "NI-VISA" --> "passport"

The instrument is detected and appears in "Device and Interface" window.

Problem: 

During I/O control, the instrument responds correctly to the "*IDN?" command. However, for other commands, it returns "+100 Undefined GPIB Command" .

Could somebody please help me fix this serious issue?
