IVI DMM, SWITCH, SCOPE all crashing LV24-64bit

Has anyone sucessfully used the IVI DMM on LabVIEW 24-64bit? I have ICP v24 installed and NI-DMM v23Q3.

If I drop IviDmm Initialize.vi on a blank VI it instantly crashes LabVIEW. Same happens with NI-SWITCH and NI-SCOPE VIs...

Update: It's likely SentinelOne antivirus.

Confirmed SentinelOne was causing the issue. Saw a similar crash dump to this Troubleshooting LabVIEW Executables: Addressing Crashes with Sentinel One Antivirus

I have the same issue here, did you find a solution except disabling SentinelOne?

No, had to have corp. IT whitelist. Not sure exactly what they did but the problem went away.
