ISM-7411E Control Matlab

I was wondering if anyone can help me with communicating with the ISM-7411E through MATLAB. I am confused about how to write to the motor and what communication protocols I should be using?

Hey, 

There is the NI-DAQmx Support in Matlab, however when it comes to this integrated stepper motor there isn't any toolbox that will communicate with this in Matlab.
