Error code 1073676414 from VISA Map Trigger function/vi

I have some LabVIEW code that will call the VISA Open function and the VISA Map Trigger Function.  I receive the error code - 1073676414 warning message saying that the resources are already mapped.  This is an intermittent occurrence after each time I execute the LabVIEW code.  I make sure to unmap those trigger lines upon exiting the application.  How do I solve this issue?  Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

What hardware are you using? Is there a rate at which you are executing the trigger function i.e. in a loop? How are you executing the code?
