Declaring Additional Installers

Hello - I am using LV Professional Dev System (20.0.1) and make Installers for use at customer locations.

I was previously using LV10.

After upgrading to LV20, I find that my VISA calls to open a port for RS232 communication do not work.
I included NI-VISA Runtime 20.0 in my Installer Properties, but during the build, it asks for NI-APAL Errors and NI-PXIPF Error Descriptor files which I cannot seem to find as part of my installation.

Is this an installation error ? Do I need to re-install the entire package ?

Can any one help ?

Hi nitishkati, 

What I suggest you to uninstall an reinstall everything. It might be connected with previous drivers that you have. 

Second possible reason I think is operation system. What Operation system you are using?
