Has anyone used the Audio Precision ATS-1 Access Audio test system, I am atempting to set the unit to Ratio A / G ?

Thanks for your post concerning how to set the unit Ratio A/G.

Using the ni.com/idnet (Instrument Device Network) I can see the Audio Precision do have a driver from the ATS-1. Are you using this?

However, I am sure your aware you can simply write your own code in LabVIEW using GPIB/VISA commands as the ATS-1 has a GPIB interface. You must remember to install NI- VISA and NI-488.2 (GPIB) Drivers to use these VIs in LabVIEW.

From the Audio Precision website I can see they have an ATS-1 GPIB Programmer's Reference Manual and ATS-1 User Manaul. The reference manual for programmers should give you a list of the commands and what they do. These are the same commands their driver will use. I wonder if there is a command in the manual? I am afraid I currently can't access these manuals as I don't have a log-in. But if you do have these materials, I'd be more than happy to take a look through to help you find out if you can/and how to set the unit to ratio A/G.

If you are new to LabVIEW or GPIB/VISA in LabVIEW you can find some simple examples in the NI Example Finder (Help>>Find Examples..) and search for GPIB. You must use the correct address.

Using HP Agilent 82357A/82357B GPIB in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) or LabVIEW

 If your not using an NI GPIB Board then make sure you enable 488.2 support.
