FieldPoint FP-2000 Status: Safe Mode (Improper Installation)

How to get rid of "Safe Mode (Improper Installation) ".

I tried the following methods with out success..

1.  Re-installed Labview RT 6.1.1.

2. connected through ftp://192.168.0.2/ deleted all files, re-installed.

3. Resetted using DIP switch (8th switch) as given in the manual.

Any ideas how to solve this issue

Additional information about my problem: my IP address are, for FP-2000 192.168.0.2 and my PC has 192.168.0.3. Subnet mask for both are 255.255.255.0
