Nick, how fares the FAQ promised us by Molly?

Just as a reminder, we listed some common questions here (and while we're at it, we should probably add the various "how do I use a structure in a DLL" questions).

As for a related topic, how about displaying a short list of common netiquette guidelines whenever someone wants to start a new thread (e.g. "keep your conversation in a single thread", "did you actually read the posts that came up in the search that you just had to perform?", "did you try searching with better words?", etc.)
