Now no notification email at all?

I just don't understand this at all, in a week we went from getting an email every time someone even thought about a topic to no email sent under any circumstances.

 

How do we set our notification email settings to have an email sent only when someone replies to a topic I am subscribed to?

Have you tried disabling the "ignore posts" option at the top?

That's worth a shot, but if someone posts a new reply to a topic I am subscribed to, I have not read that post so why would it be ignored?

 

Besides I get the notification when I login to the board, I just don't get email notifications

It shouldn't be ignored.

 

Considering your issue and the one reported in the topic here, we will be following up with our community provider to check if there are any issues with email notifications. We will let you know when we have an update.

RTSLVU - the logs indicate that email notifications were being sent to your account. Can you please check your spam folder to ensure the emails did not end up there?
