Broken image in signature

I noticed that Jeff's signature has an image in it, but it showing up broken.

Private messaging with Jeff, he believes it should be showing up just fine.

One thing I see odd is that the URL of that link has a piece in it that says "is moderation mode/true"

I'm unable to reproduce this issue when logged in or when viewing Jeff's post when not logged in, cleared cache/cookies in Chrome:

Could you try clearing your cache/cookies?

Looking today at it, I see it just fine.

I can't say clearing any cache or cookies helped.  I have just gotten a new laptop today, and the old one, which I was on when seeing this problem, is no longer available to me to test.

(Both times I've been using Firefox.)
