TDM Streaming Library source code

Is  this the TDM Streaming Library open source to port it to Posix-compatible Operation systems like Linux or QNX?

The goal is to create and record Data Asqusitions in TDMS format under Posix Linux or other Operation Systems.

There is no source code available but LabVIEW itself can be used with the native TDMS VIs to measure data on Linux ...

Is it possible to open sources of TDM Streaming Library  to port and using it in QNX, WxWorks not-Linux OSes?

I assume directly write TDMS is also possible using natvive methods for a single defined measurement task.
