First-time DASYLab User

Hello,

I have just started using DASYLab with no prior experience.  I am tasked with using this software to control a programmable load via GPIB (vary load values over time).  We have the necessary NI GPBI adaptor equipment to do so, along with a Chroma DC programmable load.  Does anyone have similar program examples of doing such that I can look at to get started as a reference?  Or any online resources of such?

Thank you.

Hi Utumno, what GPIB cable are you using? There are examples online in the the DASYLab web page you should check.

When you open DASYLab, expand Modules -> Input/Outputs -> IEEE 488. The IEEE488 Output is the functions you are looking for, take a look here and the help content to know how to get started. To use this function you'll need to know some information about the Chroma DC you want to program.
