core 2 program training

 I have completed core 1 training. I would like to move on to Core 2 training. My service contract is still valid. The core 2 training is not showing up in my Learning Library. How can I fix this?

It doesn't work for me either. Even though I can find it, it says there is no match. We have an active SSP and should be able to access all training. I had no problem accessing Core 1.

This seems to be an issue with multiple people. Does NI monitor this forum? I tried to send a service request but couldnt find anything about training issues. My work is requiring these to be completed.

Sometimes NI Employees will answer questions on the forums, but it's not guaranteed they will see this. I would try calling and asking about "software service agreements" or "other question"

I'm going to move this thread over to the Certifcation board.  NI Training and Certifcation team watches over there closely.  You might also ping them at Certification@ni.com.
