Are there new update/changes on the recertification by point policy for CLD or CLA?

If no changes also, can anyone please share the NI Recertification by Points Program official document for CLD or CLA.?

Many of the courses that are listed in the recertification by points documents are no longer available in the on-line training portal. Have these courses be renamed or are there alternate courses to replace the missing ones? Thanks you
