Once, I worked a 24-carry on and went home to my wife.  She asked "What should we do today?  I had just worked a 24- and carry on!  

Well, darling, lets go home and open my presents.

You get fathers day, birthday, Anniversary presents Right? Thank a vet.

The world is not "As We Knew It...".If it were not for the checkout clerk at Lowes when I remind them about the veterans discount, and my better-half I think I have been thanked only once for my service.
