Issue with IMAQ convolute kernel (Vision 8.6)

IT seems dynamic event registration fails if the respective front panel is not open. Since a corresponding error is generated, this might be an expected limitations.

Still, I cannot find this documented anywhere, so at a minimum it is a documentation bug.

This limitation should be removed if possible or at least be documented in the help for "Register For Events".

This is either a bug or a feature change.

LabVIEW 8.6 improperly handles Shift+Right Click

shift-right-click on a FP object:

1. LV 8.5.1 and earlier: >>>>tools palette
2. LV 8.6 >>>> context menu of object. (same as "no-shift"-right-click)
