Mike, if you notice, the post count is read while you are logged in. Since you are logged in, it returns all posts you have made, even to the Exchange and to the Beta boards. For instance, if you query all posts made by me using (http://forums.ni.com/ni/search?submitted=true&type=message&page_size=1&author=JackDunaway), you will get about 200 results since you're not logged in as me, but I get 781 results since I'm logged in.

Did the login work for you? Any suggestions on how to make it better?

So you mean it crashed? What .NET runtime do you have?

Hi Jack,

after i looked again into the code i saw this, so the method you use works perfectly well. That's way have cleaned the post.

After a second run it works without any error.

Off topic (hey, it's BP, where off-topic is not only fair game, but a requirement!)...

I have half an apple tree that's bit the dust I need to cut down. I'm looking forward to it to use for smoking and barbequeuing meats. We have been sustained the past few months smoking with dead pecan branches, but I'm about two pits away from being all burnt up, so the apple wood should be a new treat. I derive a deep sense of primordial pleasure bearing ribs and T-bones reeking of smoke and beer.

So, back to the issues you and Mike are having with my unportable code...

So, what do you think caused the first crash? Feel free to modify the VI if you're able to learn anything.

My grandaughter, Olivia is starting to explore her limits, e.g. She spots my swiss champ army knife laying on the floor and her eyes light up then she looks right at you as she reaches for it wondering if I will stop her. She is not evil just exploring.

It was a different case with that apple tree. Every day I could sense it reaching out toward that waste line running out to the street and staring at me tempting me to do something to stop from destroying the sewer lines. With my son's help last night, that evil apple tree is now rotting in the woods. I can be patient and tolerant but when it comes to trees and wate lines, my Sawz-all goes to work.

I thought that apples were generally considered to be good for your waistline 😉 .

I thought that the name "IdeaVIEW" was clever, but just discovered ListVIEW. Digging into the archives of this forum has led to some interesting realizations about how the people I respect the most have gilded their identities.

Yes, the LIST threads were a lot of fun and (being introduced before the BP) served as a central place for unrelated levity and for us to practice our banter. CC certainly helped in livening up the place.
