myRio 1900 version upgrading issue

Hi,

I'm new to Labview. When I connected myrio with the laptop, getting started window' appears following version conversion window.  An error occurred while attempting to check the software installed on myRio. Also, NI MAX does not show detail when expanding myrio section. Figures have been attached related to errors.

I moved your message into this board because the question is not related to "VI version conversion"!

Did you install any software on your myRIO?

Can you expand the "Software" tree in MAX to verify?

Yes, before I installed LabVIEW 2018 version. Now I want to install the 2014 version on myrio because I have a 2014 Labview version on my PC. When I connect with another PC, it works fine. Also NI MAX show detail of myrio. But here problem when try to connect with my PC, figures have been attached.

Solved.

I updated NI VISA 14.0 to 15.0. Now myRio detail properly shown.
