Signal Express Crashes Every time I attempt to run it.

I'm new to signal express and I'm trying to create and acquire a signal.  I'm sure it's operator error but I can't figure out why signal express crashes every time I run it.  FYI it's on a NI PXIe windows 7 machine.  I've attached the program and the latest log files.

Have you tried to repair/re-install the software? Also I noticed you are using SE 12, I'd recommend you to install the latest version, if your serial number only activates SE 12 you can use the below link to activate the latest version, the downside of it is that is the Limited Edition.
