Nearly all of the popups and modal windows need to be resizable. Look around the Idea Exchange and you will find ideas that I and others have requested dealing with resizing windows.
Not being able to resize windows such as these is arguably near the very top of UI snafus in the LabVIEW IDE.
One nice feature could be included in this dialog as well (should be renamed then):
Deleting cases.
Currently, deleting certain cases requires the programmer to select the case, right click and select "Delete This Case". This can be worksome if more than one or two cases should be deleted. Adding a button to delete the selected cases could increase the efficiency of the case structure.

Being able to select and move multiple cases would be awesome, when you are trying to regroup cases. And even selecting and sorting a few cases would be great.
