Sort of a subset of this (which refers to it as already suggested at the time), which appears to be a subset of this more general idea (cited)...or at least one of its comments.
But certainly needed.
It is interesting that Darren did not point to his shortcut menu plugin that does exactly that for locals.
Still needs to be implemented for globals and Property Nodes, but maybe that isn't that hard starting from the "local"'s example?
I think the decline is a script that runs, and for some reason uses Darren's account as the comment author.
Anyways, it would be nice to see this feature universally supported wherever it is applicable.
