Being able to draw a pie chart

As the title says, DIAdem should have the capability to draw simple pie charts in the report section.

Pie Chart is not yet implemented in DIAdem 2015 SP1.. 

For the time being, Polar Axis System could somewhat look like a Pie Chart if designed. 

1. Create a channel with 1000+ of same data point for radius data for Polar Axis System.

2. Create channels with incremental data from 0 to 360 for angle data for Polar Axis System.

3. Set the data type of the channels of Polar Axis System to Spikes, not Lines which is the default data type.

4. Zero out all the fonts of the Polar Axis System(labels, etc.). 

5. Set the termination point of Scaling of the Polar Axis System with a value higher than the radius by a bit(maybe by 1, ig. if radius is 100, set the termination point as 101)
