CLD and son of CLD

Hi all,

It took me some effort but I eventually passed the CLD.
My father and I are CLD, is there any other "CLD son of CLD" or more generally "CLD relative of CLD" ? Smiley Surprised

LabVIEW is a growing family, isn't it ? Smiley Very Happy

Congratulations! I failed the CLD and then my CLAD expired. I retook that and passed it last Tuesday. Now I need to "pump up" for the CLD retake.

My coworker says the CLAD cert is like getting a "Junior Space Ranger In Training" patch Smiley Very Happy

@ Ben :

Thanks, of course the mug will remain in the family.
You cannot actually own the mug, you merely look after it for the next generation. Smiley Wink

@ Phillip :

Good luck, I have to say that I didn't pass the CLD on my first attempt.

Hi TiTou,

I wish to know who your father is...

Is he very much active in these forums?

Hi Partha,

My father is Jean-Michel Châlons, he is not in the forum.

Hi and congratulations!
It would be nice to know what does your father thinks about this forum, why doesn't he join us? I'm just curious about it, sorry for asking...

Indeed, there is no doubt he has a lot of experience that he could share !

I don't really know what he thinks about the forum. He runs his company (Saphir) and as time goes he spends fewer time - and now close to no time - developping software ; he doesn't take/have time to participate to the forum but I know that some developpers from Saphir spend time on the forums (maybe more on LAVA).
