It looks like the drivers may not be installed correctly on your host computer. When you can the myRIO installer did you manually select the Vision components? If not re-run the myRIO suite installer and select the Vision Development Module and Vision Acquisition Software. After the drivers are installed on the host computer try installing them on the myRIO target again (its possible the versions you had/have installed on your host PC are incompatible).

Ok after some messing around i updated all my vision acquistion software.
I realized i DID NOT have the myrio ni-imaxdx software onboard. Upon updating my computer I now have Ni-ImaQdx 4.3. It won't let me install 4.2 because it reads only a newer version is installed(as seen in the picture attached) Any suggestions?

Sorry just realized i was on my friend's account, but yeah the previous reply is mine.
Once again, I did not have the protocol buses on the myrio, and upon updating my software i now have version 4.3 and it won't let me register it to the rio, suggestions?
Thanks again,
Caleb

Hey Caleb,
Can you post a screen shot of NI License Manager now that you've installed the vision components on the myRIO DVDs.
Can you also attach a MAX Technical Report.
Can you also check through the list of software you can install to the myRIO target and see if there are any other IMAQdx version listed there. I'm not sure why it wouldn't just let you install the newer version if you have one.
Thanks!

Hey Caleb,
My thought is that when you re-ran the myRIO suite installer it did not install IMAQdx 4.2 because 4.3 was already on the system. Try re-running the myRIO and selecting a custom install for the Vision Aquisition component. Then make sure the IMAQdx 4.2 is selected. This should go fast since everythign else is already installed.
See info in my link above about generating a MAX Technical Report.
