In previous versions, if you started wiring and changed your mind, you could double-click the beginning point and the tool would let go of the wire.  (Assuming you hadn't already tacked the wire anywhere.)  In 8.6, this doesn't work.

It seems that there is a different behaviour if the CTRL + C is captured by <This VI> vs. a certain control. In fact, capturing CTRL + <Any key> is not possible for controls.

datasocket read function returns an error if the php page contains less than 4 characters.
