That many posts in so little time is very impressive. THe first 1000 posts are the hardest. I have noticed you have started to include more images in your posts and I appreciate them a lot.

I'm not sure, since we don't have the E-List anymore. You can try opening up Laura's files and calculating from them. My average over a reasonably long period of time was probably somewhere between 7 and 10 R/D but both Dennis and Altenbach maintained that for much longer. It was higher for some periods. You can find some of the E-List files in the Feedback board and see the data in there.
