Fixed MD importers is available, but needs to be repackaged

Also Metadata Importer is incorrectly installed in the /System/Library folder instead of /Library folder.

Hierarchy screen forgets settings!

In previous version of LV you set it once and forget it. Now you have to set it each time you open the hierarchy screen.

I concider this an "ease of use" bug.

Mac OS X installer (LV 8.20, VISA or NI-DAQmx base) messes up folder permissions causing possible security problem.

Jeff Peters of LV R&D indicated that the up/down arrows on an enum can be misleading.

Not sure if this is a bug but it can be confusing.

Temporary work-around is to customize control and swpa up/down button postisions and then swap their images.
