Is it possible to have Veristand screens distributed across multiple computers in a control room type scenario? Or can I create LabVIEW GUIs that can be used to distribute the control?

See Connecting Multiple Hosts to the Same Target but you will need an individual license for each host PC.

You can also just drag the tabs from Veristand, so they become individual windows.
If you control room pc has several screens you can distribute those windows on the different screens - no need for multiple computers.
