internal Error while importing Configuration into Switch Executive NISE 3.0

Hello,

we are having massive problems when importing new configurations into NISE 3.0 , the problem and some thoughts about the issue have already been posted here http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=320&thread.id=1704&view=by_date_ascending&page=1

However I do need updates/information about the problem, in short:

it is not possible to import large (approx 12000lines of trained routes) into NISE 3.0 to be able to achieve switching times within the 10ms range, using a complex overall configuration of 12 cascaded matrices  , NISE crashes with an "internal error" after approx. 10minutes. 

Any Information about the problem would be greatly appreciated.
