How to separate 2 signal from 1 signal

Hello to every one,
I have little bit knowledge about LABVIEW and I want to know how to separate two wavelength signal from one analog waveform.
Actually, I am using LED of two wavelengths and after filters, I have one analog waveform so how can I separate that two wavelengths from an analog signal.

Where do you want to separate the analog signal? Time or Frequency?

If you separate the signal in the frequency domain, you can use FFT function in LabVIEW palate.

In other ways, you can refer to Signal Processing Palate or Express>>Signal Manipulation Palate.

The function usages are in help file.
