i am using a CRIO NI9022, do you think it is possible to increase the FPGA clock frequency into more than 40Mhz? because the cpu clock freq is 533Mhz, i may want get a 200Mhz PWM output,

Hi,
Yes, it is possible to increase the FPGA clock frequency into more than 40MHz, actually you are able to get a 200MHz PWM output if your output module is able to work at that frequency. It is very important that it doesn’t matter with the cpu clock frequency, you just need to know the frequency that your output module support.

Like Marand said, it is possible to run your FPGA faster than the main clock by deriving a faster clock from it. Here is how to do it.
