compact RIO connection error

hi..

i am facing a problem with compactRIO 9075 connection. i need to acquire data from different sensors which is a part of my project. Firstly i ran compactRIO9075 in safe mode and tried to install the program. But now i am not able to connect it with PC as it showing disconnected system status. so i am not able to to add or remove software to cRIO.

please help..

I have got the same problem after formatting the device in safe mode. 

have found a solution for your problem ? if yes, it would be kind from you to guide me,
